Mick has been a member at Murrumbidgee since 1992 and was appointed to the position of Vice President by the Board in December 2021.
Mick is a qualified accountant and was employed in senior Financial Management and Information Technology Management positions in government during his 18 year public sector career. He was a founding Partner in the Accounting and IT Consulting firm Acumen Alliance specialising in financial reporting, financial systems and strategic financial management issues. He was also active in the sporting environment as a Rugby Union Referee spending 8 years on Rugby Australia’s International Referee Squad and 5 years as the National Coach of Referees.
Mick’s focus on the Board is on the strategic direction of the Club and its endeavours to provide a quality golfing experience both on the Course and in the Clubhouse.
